Annual General Membership Meeting

This is our Annual General Meeting.

This is where the membership gets to vote on who will make up the Executive Board for the upcoming year.  The Club's Financial Reports will be presented to members at this meeting. It is also the time where members can advise the board on what direction they would like to see the club take for the year.

It is important to voice your opinion and cast your vote. Please do your best to attend this meeting.  Please ensure that your membership is current before the meeting, as that is required in order to cast your vote.
